Where we come into your workplace and deliver our sessions.
Training, awareness days, workshops and webinars
Our training looks to provide knowledge, upskill employees and remove barriers to people receiving the support they need.
An employee might;
- Be reluctant to admit or ask for help.
- Have feelings of shame – embarrassed to discuss issues.
- Not realise their behaviours are harmful.
- Be unaware of the available support.
For a supervisor, manager, HR staff, or someone that wants to support another person. They might;
- Not be confident about approaching the person.
- Not know enough about substance misuse.
- Have limited time and resources.
- Be unaware of local services.
- Have their own unconscious biases.
The delivery of our training seeks to reduce the stigma and encourage people to come forward to receive the support they need and will in turn reduce risk in the workplace.

Evaluating our training delivery
Evaluation of the quality of our training is crucial to ensure we continuously improve our service and to meet the needs of our customers.
We provide customers with evaluation summaries developed using feedback from online delegate surveys. We evaluate the quality and measure the effectiveness of our training by using different aspects of the worldwide standard, Kirkpatrick’s Four-Level Training Evaluation Model – Reaction, Learning, Behaviour and Results.
