We have extensive experiencing partnering with businesses to provide 1:1 support programmes, which integrate seamlessly with existing provision like Employee Assistance Programmes and Occupational Health provision, which may not provide a specialist addiction option.
We work with employers to build tailored referral pathways, reporting agreements and Management Information reporting. This gives the business sight of interventions and helps to ensure a holistic approach to employee wellbeing.
We support a range of complexity from emerging concerns about recent changes in behaviour through to existing issues. We utilise education and practical screening tools to help people identify issues and build programmes of recovery.
We utilise the transtheoretical model of behavioural change and motivational interviewing to encourage and support people in their recovery.
Where appropriate we benefit from our experience with local provision, to work with local services to ensure a holistic and person-centred approach.
