Nearly two thirds of teachers say they are not confident that they or their school would be able to get timely support from expert services such as CAMHS for pupils experiencing mental ill health (NASUWT – The Teachers’ Union)
Over the last 40 years, our team has worked closely with children and young people who are facing increased health and wellbeing challenges in their personal lives.
We recognise that as our children and young people face greater psychological health and wellbeing issues, so too do our teachers and teaching staff. As educators and role models for our children and young people, our team at Aquarius Life works in partnership with teaching staff to provide them with the support, tools and confidence they need to best manage the issues presenting in today’s classrooms.
Our specialist teams offer a range of services related to psychological health, resilience and wellbeing as well as problems arising from the use of alcohol, drugs and gambling.
By working closely with leadership teams, we can develop tailored solutions to meet the specific needs of their schools, colleges and young people. Our aim is to help remove the barriers children can sometimes face in reaching their full potential, and support schools in delivering the highest standards of pastoral care.
